Cenex – a not-for-profit consultancy and government adviser, has been shortlisted for The 2015 Telegraph Cars Awards. Cenex has been nominated in the ‘Eco Innovation Award’ Category, for consistently promoting low carbon vehicles and the associated energy infrastructure.
